Consumers in the European Union have a fourteen-day right of cancellation. The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days after cancellation of the order.

Please return the goods including all accessories and packaging components (label) in the original packaging. If there is any dog hair on the goods after trying them on, please remove it completely (Ear Pro inside and outside).

Dog hair must not be removed with adhesive film, as this leads to pilling effects. Goods treated in this way are no longer new!

The replacement discs must not be exchanged for the purpose of fitting and the sticker must not have been removed for the fitting.

Important note:

Please note that we can only refund you the full amount if we receive this item in the same condition in which you received it. The returned product must be complete, unworn, unwashed and clean.
